So it's weird, I don't always take Xanax, but when I do, it's because I am having anxiety (lol thats like that one beer commercial). But in all seriousness, I've become tolerant toward Xanax but never dependent. I needed my dose raised from .25 MG to .5 MG and now I kinda feel like I need it risen to 1 MG.

That dose really isn't unheard because thats the normal amount many people take, except I don't take it on a daily basis I just take it as needed. the last time I used it was honestly about 2 months ago when I was doing an interview with my now boss at where I work (I got the job lol).

That's pretty common, I think, but it's also a bit of a warning sign. I've gone through a nightmare getting off benzos (against my will). Didn't sleep for 10 days straight and almost died. Had seizures, hallucinations, every single thing that could happen other than death happened and still is.
