Anyone experience this type of feeling?

All of a sudden you feel a hot flash then anxiety starts to kick in

I really hate when this happens

Yes, I know what you mean. Are you in menopause, by the way?

I have got the same. Only over the last 3 weeks though. Not sure which is worse, the hot flushes or the attacks of anxiety!!! I have fans on in every room. Well at least I will save on electricity bills eh? Stay cool. Lol. XXX

I too have had these symptoms. Menopause will cause this, and too much caffeine (tea and/or coffee) also if you can have thyroid checked too. Take good care and I used to dress in layers as I would get hot, then cold, then sweat....it's tricky and uncomfortable, but bearable.

No menopause and I hate caffeine and never touch the stuff..

I'm hopeful I'll figure this out

I had my thyroid checked recently and all looks good
