Sometimes I have bouts of really bad anxiety (I have chronic anxiety as well)... had some this morning... like something (the emotions) just twist ur whole being and u think it can't get worse from that.
Usually I need to sleep when I get those. Or lie down do nothing but feel the crap that comes out. It feels like mental vomiting. It like closes up my chest etc everything and it lasts how it lasts...I slept more so it helped some. Wanted to write it out. |

I understand where you're coming from, the only rest I get from anxiety sometimes is to lay down and do nothing. I hope letting it out here helps some, and that you feel better soon.

Hello Omega.
Are you seeing a therapist? A good therapist can help you to learn to deal with the axiety you are having that is so severe. There are also medications you can take that still let you be active at work, school, and so forth. I am on meds at this time and I am very active in the community. Anxiety is very treatable at this time by professionals so you can still be active in life. Take care Soidhonia
