Hi everyone,

In 1 sentence or paragraph, what is the best piece of advice you can share, that's helped you the most to alleviate your anxiety?

Be it something you remind yourself everyday, or some action you do constantly etc. etc.

Deep breaths.

Which is something that I teach my two and a half year olds at work to do as well.
Thanks for this!

I agree on taking deep breaths. Also telling myself that it will be okay.
Thanks for this!

Being mindful of what I eat and drink. What you put into your body is so crucial. It's not a complete cure for anxiety, but it's made a huge difference. There's some theory out there that anxiety stems from digestive issues, and I have seen firsthand just how true that can be.
