Hi everyone,

Deep breaths.
Which is something that I teach my two and a half year olds at work to do as well. |

Being mindful of what I eat and drink. What you put into your body is so crucial. It's not a complete cure for anxiety, but it's made a huge difference. There's some theory out there that anxiety stems from digestive issues, and I have seen firsthand just how true that can be.
