I've been really struggling with severe anxiety lately with panic attacks daily. But even when I'm not having a panic attack, sometimes I will just be too afraid to move or do anything. I don't see a lot about this online. Is this typical? None of my usual coping skills are working either because my panic is too severe and I don't know what to do.

I have the exact same problem. I've been sitting on my bed for 20 months since I was forced off Klonopin. I'm in WD still. Waiting for the light to finally shine at the end of the tunnel. I don't know what to say other than I know how you feel. Hugs.

Thanks Angelique. While it can be terrifying, it also seems silly. It helps to know I'm not the only one.
Thanks for this!

You're not alone. I have anxiety so bad that I am afraid to eat or drink. And I agree it sounds silly but it is really scary at the same time. Hang in there. I've been through this before and it passed. I am hoping it will soon pass this time as well!
