last night i started something that i want to continue, i stopped taking my meds.
my CPN doesnt care, my support worker doesnt care, so why the hell should i. wife told me i should go to the doctors and explain to her why im stopping my meds, but i cant see the point, i am a invisible person, as far as the mental health system are concerned. i will keep you updated to how i get on 'a worried dec' xox

yes dec...the mental health system certainly stinks alot of the time but not taking your meds as aprotest to this will only hurt you and those who DO care about you.......please reconsider...i care.....

meds have gone
am i wrong moods up and down stare replaced by a frown hands are cold, i have the shakes do i continue, do i have what it takes is it to late have i sealed my fate cant believe its all down to my meds only thing keeping me going are these threads

Please take the meds Dec..... I know how the health Unservice over here sucks
 ..... and I'm too familiar with the feeling of being victimised and UNcared for by these "people" .(see my reply to Katheryn's post)Love, Fuzzy

Hello TRM.
I am sorry you are having such a hard time with your mental health system, but there are others that really care about your welfare at Psych central and at home as well, so maybe that can be enough for the moment to make you change your mind and take your medication. You cannot put all concentrative efforts into the system you should just concentrate on feeling better at this time. I hope things get better for you soon. Take care Soidhonia

Dec...
sometimes eating pills give you the chills but they are here to help you along your way to regain strength to lead you less astray the health care might suck you feel oh so stuck I don't blame you at all makes it so hard to stand tall if you had diabetes would you take your insulin? yes, I know you would without a grin your pills are only what you need to get some chemical balance in this sad mind of yours so please let them run their course! you're not less of a man with them in your flesh and blood still the same Dec we all love- our budd! |

You cant stop meds cold turkey ...you have to titrate down, you could have a seizure if you dont.

please talk to a doctor about quitting your meds. It can be very dangerous to go off cold turkey. If your doctor says its okay and won't be too dangerous by all means go ahead, but please talk to a medical proffesional about it so we know you are safe. Or (if you still refuse to talk to a doctor) at least try to reduce your dose or take them every other day. Also what meds are you quitting?(just curious)

the shakes have stopped
my mood stable light starting to eat away at darkness i caused my own down fall stopping meds was not a good idea lost my cool lost all hope needed to find my way so i backed down and took my meds after one night i felt better wont be tryin that again i missed my friends here thank you for your support dec xox

can you hear my sigh scared me there you know but you came back to show that Dec is a man for his boots winning ground like the tree's roots slowly.. day by day... standing tall to endure rough weather and bring smiles to us all |

i honestly never ment to scare anyone

YOu didnt do anything to apologize for. I dont think that you are any of those things that you think you are. I think that many of us , I know i do go through feelings that no one cares, actually i do more than id like to admit even to myself. Ihope that I helped you in some small way. we all make mistakes. you picked yourself up dusted yourself off and got moving again , thats all that matters.
