so I have been thinking a lot lately about what it means to be a creep or a stalker. So pretty much on campus there was an arts fair, and there was a special someone I wanted to "run into" at the event, but couldn't get myself to go. Basically, the only reason I knew about the event was from stalking and finding out this person would be there online. This upset me, and I felt disgusted just thinking about going. The event was today, and even though I had plenty of time to go, I just couldn't get myself to do it. I just felt like I would be a creep. Casually bumping into the person like ohhh hey! Funny to see you here! When in actuality I knew they would be there the entire time. Even though I feel somewhat regretful for potentially missing a good opportunity to talk to someone I like, I just couldn't get myself to do it. What would you have done in this situation? I'm guessing people wouldn't even stalk on facebook in the first place...

rolan, are you interested in getting to know this person? I personally don't think finding out on Facebook is all that bad, but please try not to get obsessed with tracking her every move.

Other folks might disagree with me, but I think it would be okay to find out where to go to meet her. And then do so, to see if she is interested in you. If she is not, then let it go. Otherwise, I think you would be getting into creepy stuff.
