5th session today. It feels like things are finally starting to fall into place. I'm definitely in a much better mindset than I was at the start of the year. Social anxiety is gone, I've got a few perfectionism issues I'm still working on, but for the most part I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. Yep. I'd definitely recommend group therapy to anyone suffering from anxiety or depression, for sure. Very helpful and motivating.

Had my last of 9 sessions today, which was bittersweet. On one hand, I learned a lot, and have become a lot more comfortable around people, and can manage my anxiety a lot better. On the other, I actually really enjoyed going to group and looked forward to it to it each week.

Now I just need to take what I learned and keep applying it to my daily life. I'm confident if I do that I won't relapse back into my old patterns. I'm really glad I did it and suggest anyone with anxiety issues definitely look into group therapy. It does wonders, if you're willing to put in the work.
