I’m getting really tired of feeling anxious for no apparent reason, and mildly depressed more often than not. It’s really wearing me down. I’ve got an appointment to see someone about it in just over a week, but I also appreciate having a place where others experience this kind of thing too. Reading some of the more severe issues people have reminds me that mine is not so bad, but it’s still wearing me down.

anxiety has been a severe problem for me. i take buspar, it is not a benzo because i did not want anything addicting and it really helps to manage the anxiety to a tolerable level. i also have a visualization i do when i get really amped up that helps.
