battle inside, war going on
trying to relax, think of the sun
shining away, feeling warm
but butterflies battling - a huge swarm
want to sleep but there's no way

Your gonna unlearn sad and anguish...
step by step...day by day...
it's all gonna melt away.
Imagine: Being set free from captivity...
the pain loosing it's grasp like gravity on thee.
How joyous a release!
Rest on this thought..Hope and Peace.
take care...
