My life over the past few years has been filled with others controlling me. By necessity. Now I'm able to control my life, and I've discovered it's not easy. Financially, socially, family, and now nousy neighbors. Esp neighbors. 10-12 hours a day of my life is controlled by noise !! Causing severe anxiety. Nothing can be done. I've tried. Move ? Not in the immediate future. Meds ? Pending appt. Add on to the neighbor issue a move-in daughter, "I'll" wife, and it's anxiety city. Depression too. Not happy. It's like having my life being controlled and there's no way to change it. Psych spot pending. Benzodiazepine ? I hope so !!
