last night i had a chat and moderator told me he is a troll in one website
i told him that intrusive thoughts that used to panick me before , now no longer affects me. with lot of practice of acceptance i reduced my anxiety with such thoughts. Now i try to check my panick by trying to overload such thoughts in my mind. I dont get panicky and no anxiety at all. It means i am improving my condition form anxiety or am i becoming a psychosis since i dont get afraid and feel easy from such thoughts? that bastard told me intrusive thoughts can be beginning of psychosis. I don't believe it at all. |

A moderator told you that they are also a troll?? That's weird!
The beginnings of psychosis can be different for everyone and is usually a combination of distressing symptoms, intrusive thoughts may be in the mix but would not soley be the cause of a psychotic break. Stay away from the troll! __________________ Pegasus Got a quick question related to mental health or a treatment? Ask it here General Q&A Forum “Everybody is a genius. @pegasus
i feel that my anxiety is going down day by day from the day i started walking, breathing exercise, meditation and reduced the cholestrol. The harm intrusive thoughts that used to panick me are now less affecting me. i mean when i think the same panicky thoughts these days, the anxiety is extremely low compared to before. Does it mean "i am improving ?" Is it not the result (to be less anxious from intrusive thoughts) when we reduce anxiety? Should we still have anxiety when we have such thoughts?what is normal? |
