So I've been struggling with anxiety for a long time but after I had a bad accident in 2012 it got way worse ... I'm fearful of a lot of things ... For example everywhere I go I worry if people have large dogs it makes me anxious just thinking about it and I even get anxious over little things like going to the movies or any social event of that matter .. I worry a lot about work to the point where I become like a zombie because I'm so worried I can't focus on anything else but my worries . If anyone has advice on how to overcome fears and stop worrying I would greatly appreciate your input as I worry non stop it never seems to go away .
