Hey, does anyone have the same problem as me?
Usually every night I would get panics attacks from thinking about death and dying. I can't breath, my mind gets hazy, I can't stop moving around, I'm shaking, and hyperventilating. The problem is that is happens every night, never in the morning or afternoon. I think the problem is that I have so much time to think, I think about all these things and scare myself. I cried several times about this and it has been going on for about 4 years. Another problem is that since I do have sleeping issues, I take a nap for about 3 hours everyday in the afternoon and I can't help it, I tend to stay up later at night. How can I stop this, because I hate dealing with it. What do I do? Last edited by Jessie-718; Sep 25, 2015 at 08:21 PM. Reason: To add extra info |

hi jessie,
I had them at night after my mom died and after my dad molested me four years ago. I sought out for help with my anxiety attacks and im still seeing my therapist who specializes in anxiety, depression, relationships, adjustments to life changes ,promoting strengths for personal growth and she also an experienced registered nurse . I would highly suggest that you go and see a counselor for your panic attacks . And also see your doctor for anxiety medication if not a psychiatrist for a prescription for anxiety medication. Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression meds: Cymbalta 90mgs at night Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn 50 mgs at night for insomnia
