I’m worried about everything, all the time. Even when I’m not worried, I’m worried about why I’m not worried! It really, really, really bothers me. It makes me hard to think, talk and write.... I wish I could have a moment without worry…

caged_bird,

Boy, can I ever relate to what you're going thru. If things don't happen as they're supposed to happen, when they're supposed to happen, I worry. I think it comes with the territory of having anxiety, it makes us live by murphy's law. It takes time and hard work, but it does get better.

I'm glad you found us here and decided to become part of the family. I'm sure you'll find all the love and support you need here!

Talk to you soon,
Greg

I've done this many times. What about giving yourself a Q & A session, but put your answers into something postive?

Hi caged, nice to meet you !

Well maybe you worry too much.

There is plenty of help out there available, your choice to make.

Sincerely,

Starbuck
