i went to see my t today and told him that i would be more comfy seeing a female and he took it well... he said that was fine that things like happen sometimes and that they just want me to feel comfy with the person im seeing... so i go all stressed out for nothing

Glad things worked out so well. It sounds like your therapist--former therapist, I should say--is an understanding guy.

I'm so glad that things went smoothly. Sounds like your ex T is more interested in you being able to heal than how you view the male population, which is a very good thing!
