i have been a little anxious all day until i went into town and the store was pretty busy so i got even more anxious. now, a few hours later, i'm still in bed doing deep breathing trying to slow my heart rate. it's 115 and it's usually about 90. the breathing isn't helping and it's my go-to when it's this bad. i'm on the verge of a panic attack please help??? what helps you?

Maybe try spot 5 things you see, 5 things you hear, 2 that you feel (sense of touch), 5 things that you like, 5 things that you like about yourself, etc.

Sometimes helps me
