Yesterday I was feeling very anxious. I started feeling like I was going to go crazy or like I was going to die or something. My heart started pounding and I was having hot flashes. I felt very disoriented from everything. I couldn't seem to calm down, and it took me a couple of hours to finally start recovering from the intense anxiety. I believe I may have suffered a panic attack, or at least came close to one. Either way, it was very scary and has left me shaken up.

Sounds like an anxiety attack to me I'm sorry you had to experience that, they're terrible. Was this the first time you felt like that?

Well, it's my first time having one in a long time. I don't experience them that often, but now I am scared of having another one.

Hello. I have been experiencing panic attacks for no reason in the last 6 months. The last one though made me terrified of having another. But just remember: what does worrying about one now help you when you have one? Nothing. Just learn techniques to deal with them when you have one. Hope this helps.
