Honestly, I'd do EXACTLY what your doc. has prescribed. You can always set the deadline back for starting them, but don't mess with your dosage without talking to your doctor first. If you want to ramp up to the full dosage, that would seem fine, but you never know what's going to happen if you mess with the amounts you're supposed to take.

I recently started taking Klonopin myself (though in its generic form--no real difference there), and the only effect that it gave me was incredibly drowsiness. You ought to be just fine. Can I do this with Klonopin?

luck&love,

the way mine are, yes you can.

i've broken the .5 in half and then broken that in half and taken the quarter, then 1/2 an hour later taken the other quarter when I was going thru really high anxiety about taking it.

of course, that small a dose probably doesn't help with symptoms, but it helped my anxiety about taking them. the next time i was able to go ahead and take the half of the .25.

I agree with KD...I'm on this med and quiet a bid more mg than these dosages...guess my body just requires more before it helps with symptoms...

When I told you anything I might say probably won't make a difference it showed that I understand. Can I do this with Klonopin?

This is only something you can do. We can share, but will you trust our words in the anxiety?

I know it's hard because I've been there. It's something you're just going to have to make yourself do when you can.

Good luck, hon.
