I have been diagnosed with all 3 (including depression) anyway, I was just wondering does anyone get so nauseous that you actually get to the point of throwing up? You panic so much that you think you are dying?

And what's worse no medications seem to help...the one I am on now is helping with my anxiety, but making me feel depressed. I feel so hopeless.

I have basically all three: though they manifest at different ways. I feel general fear, then my obsessions kick in.

And fear that i'm dying? You're in the right place! Sometimes i feel so scared that it seems i'm falling off the end of the world into outer space.

Medications will help. If you have OCD, many times SSRI's by themselves aren't as effective as when an antipsychotic is added. Ask about Abilify, which is what i'm on to accentuate my Prozac.

yeah i'm afraid to fall asleep especially at night because I'm afraid of dying as well. i find myself talking to my grandmother (who passed away a few years ago and i loved very much) to keep me alive because i'm afraid of dying..

I can't get any help. none of the medications work for me. right now i am on gabapentin it seems to have stopped some stuff, but it makes me depressed. i don't think they can do much for me because nothing seems to work. i have been on plenty of drugs and nothing works, it just makes me worse...i'm glad it's working for you

that is exactly how i feel during an anxiety attack. i feel like i have to put my spirit back in my body and feel like i'm coming out of my body. it usually takes a while to be normal like about 5 minutes after.

hey, i feel like I am coming out of my body too. it is not a nice feeling, it sucks, and i haven't found anything to help. none of the medications work, and if they do i get the side effects from them. I feel so hopeless.

I'm a little concerned about your medications apparently causing Depression. I would immediately contact your psychiatrist about this. Sometimes a mood stabilizer is needed in conjunction with anti-anxiety meds; but, the usual reaction would be to get somewhat hyper too.
