I repeat bad things that happened in the past over and over 100's of times in my heads. Medication and therapy really aren't helping. How can I stop this??

I also can't afford anymore medication or therapy.

You need and deserve help - are there any support organisations in your region?

Have you looked into mindfulness and/or dbt?

I think that despite dbt being catered to borderline personality disorder it can be helpful with anxiety and helping with creating boundaries and letting go of crap.

I'm going to hopefully see someone to practice this again as I'm out of practice and getting more anxious more frequently.

You need to sit in a room and touch something. Say out loud what it feels like, texture and etc. Your mind will get side tracked but try and switch back to the item you're holding.

These thoughts that you're obsessing over sound like OCD that's causing anxiety. Where are you from and is there any help for low income people where you are? I'm not working right now so I'm on state insurance and my pdoc office is free of charge and specially for people who can't afford help otherwise. I've been going there for ten years and the place saved my life plenty of times as far as I'm concerned. Whatever my insurance doesn't cover, there is some kind of funding whether it's med samples or a program for people who can't afford it. Do a google search to look in your area. Good luck!

I don't get msgs unless the other person using tapatalk app!

This I think is a form of OCD.

CBT has been helpful. OCD can come as a result of core negative beliefs. CBT is about developing strategies to cope and figure out alternate behaviour.
