just recently i've been with several ffriends who have blocks/demons in their lives, relationships ,work........ it strikes me that most folk have them ,the people in question including myself have done so much work on facing them ,yet the blocks remain, some say fear the fear................ do it or don't etc .... but it seems that a lot of us have to live with limitations but live a life in the shadows if there was only a magic bullet!!

i too live with anxiety/panic disorder. all i can do is take my meds, pray they work, and avoid triggers. i am also going back into therapy as my panic attacks have been coming more often and more intense with the increased stress in my life.\

Panic disorder sucks. You can try dietary changes, like reducing or eliminating sugar and caffeine, and learn calming techniques, like self-hypnosis, but there's no magic bullet. Some claim success with emotional freedom techniques (see http://www.emofree.com/ and http://www.emofree.org/ [in the UK]). I want to try it, but haven't yet.
