I've struggled with anxiety since middle school and I'm now a freshman in college. It normally comes a month or two before summer and I have debilitating anxiety where I barely can function without using my phone or something as a distraction from my thoughts. my anxiety goes from questioning reality to worrying about stupid things like me having some illness. It's normally something slightly different for me to worry and stress about every time and then I have terrible anxiety for a few months then it just goes away. I feel like lots of it has to do with me playing a lot of games or constantly in front of some sort of electronic device and maybe I kinda lose grip with reality or something and start questioning things. Lately I've been stressing myself worry what if I become a murderer cause I feel like what if I feel like I'm not real and have no repercussions which is stupid because I feel bad even killing a bug and I worry about other people's well beings so I know this is irrational but I worry myself into it feeling somewhat real and idk it's been bad and I don't know to do cause it feels really debilitating lately and not much is helping (I've gone to therapy but they don't really help or suggest things)

Is it the change from school to vacation that's triggering you?
