I get really stressed out around the holidays, and especially have problems skeeping when I know I have big things to do the next day, which has been the case lately. On the night before Christmas eve, I was only able to sleep 3 hours and felt so exhausted and ill all day. Last night I took some lorazepam to help me sleep and yet only slept 5 hours and woke up wide awake. So in the past two days, I've only gotten 8 hours of sleep and I know this sounds stupid but I'm actually worried I won't survive Christmas today. My body feels so drained and fatigued and sore and I just don't know what to do.

Hope you are better today..the day after Christmas. I loathe the holidays and I am so glad they are over

I ended up in the ER from a bad panic attack xmas night. I totally get it. I wish I could sleep and just wake up when it's 2017.
