I was incredibly anxious at home this morning, so I went to the post office to do some errands. Once that was done, I felt incredibly anxious just being outside. I've seen cats scratching at doors to go outside, and once they're out, meowing to come back inside. This is what I felt like today - sounds funny, but I wasn't amused by it all. I just felt uncomfortable no matter what I was doing.

Do you have any coping mechanisms that might help? Good for you for going out when you were anxious. Best wishes.
Thanks for this!
