Asmr videos get me so drowsy, sometimes I fall asleep when I listen to one. I like to listen to music, play my favourite game, have a nap.

I usually get anxious when I'm idle. So the only thing that really helps me with anxiety is distracting myself with information. Watching videos, listening to music or reading up on something non-stop is what I usually do to cope.
Thanks for this!

1.) Listening to music
2.) Watching something entertaining on TV
3.) Calling someone on the phone (usually my siblings or parents)
4.) Talking to a friend
5.) Getting outsidfe of the housde
6.) Taking a walk
7.) Surfing the web
8.) Watching videos on YouTube
9.) Going on internet forums
10.) Going on social media

These tend to help me the most.

Soon, I'm planning to add meditation to the list in so it can complement the other things I do.

Also, I take medication as well.

I have managed to find some relief in my anxiety through doing the above things.

I hope the best for you.

Same here. Distraction is really the only thing that helps me feel better.
