So I got up 2 hours early to go to the doctors which started off good . I had no anxiety till it was time to leave . I forgot where the doctors was an it took me an hour to find it when it should of took ten minutes .
I found out they don't do drop in and I have to come back this afternoon. I tried to beg them to fit me in this morning but the receptionist was so rude and uncaring . I cried in the surgery . then I sat on the floor outside the surgery in the dirt and cried some more . I finally got home and called a helpline . I feel calmer now . I think I can do this . I need medication that's why I am going . the person on the helpline said I did the right things . I don't know how crying in the street on the floor is good but she said it was because I didn't let the anger build up. I didn't self harm or worse .

You did good and handled it. Crying is not bad. It is rough when people are uncaring - especially at a place you go to get care. I hope your day gets better...you CAN do this!
Thanks for this!

Thank you. I'm trying to keep that negative voice in my head under control. Trying to stay positive .

Geez, some people can be so mean I'm sorry that happened to you. I think sitting and crying was an appropriate response to cruel treatment.

Ironically I do all my best crying in public. Good for you for taking care of yourself. Sometimes that's the hardest thing to do, especially with anxiety and other stuff going on.

Oh geez, what a rough journey outside of your comfort zone . But I'm proud of you for doing it. I'm so proud of you for staying determined. It helps me keep up my determination when I feel hopeless too.

Hi cry`n ,

Count me in , if I could , I have forgotten how to cry. I even told my T how much better I might feel if I could just let it out. I tell U , I got stuff in my head I would not wish on anybody , lose nut & bolts really !! LOL , I can`t cry so I joke about it.

What happened to you was no joke , you had every right to be upset , but you made it.

GR8 4 U +.

Take care ,

Keyplayer
