I flood a lot of toilets. Pretty much every one except my own. Although I do flood it quite a bit. I completely flooded a doctors office and I made quite a mess in a Big Lots. I also messed up my uncles.

So now I’m terrified of using anyone’s toilet except to pee. It’s gotten to the point where I’m so uncomfortable but I refuse to go except at my own. It’s not even really a fear. It’s just a bad idea to use anyone else’s toilet.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Isn’t it just obvious I should wait until I get home?

Btw I don’t eat that much and what I do eat is pretty healthy. So I have no idea what’s going on.

Flush two or three times along the way rather than waiting until the end.

Either you're passing constipated stool, or your using an awful lot of toilet paper.

Miralax (get the generic version of it) is a great product for keeping one regular.

It's never a good idea to wait. Go when the spirit moves you, right away.

Healthy eating tends to produce larger stool, due to greater amount of fiber. I've read that, often, the largest component of human stool, after water, is bacteria.

More than likely tmi but I have a real problem with diarrh. Both from anxiety and as a side effect of my bipolar meds.
I have found that taking Imodium twice a week has made things almost ‘normal’.
Thanks for this!

I have the too soft problem myself and it likely stems from all the anxiety. It possesses it's own problems while in a public washroom and I try not to go if I can help it.

I agree about the consideration of how much toilet paper is being used.

I was clogging my own toilet on risperidone I was so constipated.....it could very well be your meds. I was eating almost entirely vegetarian so it wasn’t low fiber. For me I changed to Abilify and that helped a lot.....

I️ had this problem for two years when I️ was in treatment.

The funny thing is, I️ recently found out the buildings had asbestos in them. I’m not sure I️t was causing I️t, or if it was even possible, but they never found out what was causing I️t. And I️t stopped once I️ left treatment.

Looking back on I️t, I’m assuming it was caused by the food, but who knows. Maybe I️t was the asbesto.

I meant to add to my post a question regarding diet. No doubt this has everything to do with this problem.
