I have anxiety issues. Unable to figure out simple things makes me want to cry. It is not that I will not be able to figure it out but it freaks me out that I can't find the right course selection in a form that my kid brought home, can't seem to enroll my kid in a camp .

I am decently educated female who can manage complex things and it frustrates me that I appear so stupid when I cant manage simple things.I am not on any meds .I cant figure out why I freak out in simple situations.Ask me about a complex issue and I can talk for hours.Anyone else feel like this??

I totally understand you. I'm an educated woman as well. Married w 3 kids. No meds. Sometimes i feel very anxious about completing a lists of small simple tasks throughout the day. I try to write them down and attempt to check them of throughout the day but i usually don't finish all their tasks and this causes anxiety.

Good to know I'm not alone. In my case it is not about being able to complete number of tasks .It is more about the confusion of it. I get so confused and unable to figure out things which any adult should be able to do.Then I freak out and get anxious. If you are a stranger you would think I'm the world's stupidest person until I figure it out. This behavior is really stressing me out.

I'll just say, it appears that everyone is just more adept or not at some things than others are, or as said, can be experiencing something that impedes your ability at the time. That is why I do not like if it is implied or expected that we are all equally capable and are all the same mentally and physically. Just as how some were better at Art and English, than Math or could adapt to certain tasks better than others, being more organizational, etc.

I think some things are not designed very well and may make them confusing. I will see how some websites for instance are very well designed and easier to navigate within than others. One will have an idea, then others are supposed to see it as they do. I don't know if this will apply here, but just a thought.
Thanks for this!
