Maybe it's just my anxiety but I feel hated. I don't want to talk about why I feel like it.

You cannot overcome a problem if you do not address it. You need to understand why you feel this way before trying to fix it.

Nobody likes criticism, that’s a normal reaction to receiving something negative. The most i can do is to say don’t let words get to you because what others think doesn’t matter at all. Its about your life and they shouldn’t get to have a say in what’s good or bad about it.

Do you mean you feel anxious, hated, when people criticize you, or do you mean you feel hated when people are just looking at you? Because feeling hated or judged in a negative light for no reason, is one of the symptoms of social anxiety. Not saying you have that but looking into how people cope and manage with social anxiety, could help you to overcome the feeling of being hated. |
