First we have a blockage in our upstairs sink - cant fix it - need to call out plumber do you KNOW how much the grabbing ..... charge??? secondly the boiler gives up, no hot water, no heating, we get that fixed by a fantastic friend who will accept no money so we bought him a big bottle of his fav, Southern Comfort. We are going round there to play poker tonight (only for pennies)

Now the head gasket has gone in our car - at least £3/400 ounds to fix......we have no money for christmas as it is..... can anything else possibly go wrong? Why do these thing always happen when its Christmas??????

NUMB IS HOW I AM FEELING RIGHT NOW.

just had to vent, sorry

Oh dear.....isn't it always the way??? Seems we get spanked with hard times right before the holidays more times than not.

Remember this my friend....sometimes it's the little things that mean so much more than having lots of prezzies under the tree. Little things from the heart to each of your loves.....there are other ways to make Christmas special than big prezzies. We just need to open our minds to the possibilities! I know this for a fact, for there were many many years that I had no money for the prezzies. I made due with what I had and made sure that there were extra special things from the heart to my family. Yes, it hurts not to do what you want to do for them, yet in the long run, those are what the good memories are made of ok...this sucks big time.....

Hang in there g/f.......this too shall pass. Life just seems to go in highs and lows....it ebbs and flows. You are not alone in that respect ok...this sucks big time.....
