Whenever I feel nervous, I literally can't keep my vision straight. I could deal with just 'feeling' scared, but I cannot control the dizziness and vomiting when I start to panic.
I have recently switched medication as a starting point to being completely med free in the near future, as I want to try to beat my anxiety completely.
I have been doing great except in the type of situations that completely terrify me.. how am I supposed to beat this if my body just doesn't cooperate

I'm tired of being mocked or being called a baby by those around me.. I just can't help the symptoms though

Anybody any tips?

Thanks for this!
