Not too anxious today. Remembered to take my anxiety medication so that probably helped. Can't complain.

Quite anxious. I hit a curb hard last night and worry I've bent the rim or worse. I have an 8hr drive home tomorrow and I am panicing my tire will go flat or the wheel will fall off enroute.

My anxiety was bad this morning since I had a psychiatrist's appointment and I didn't know what to expect. It didn't go well at all, but strangely that doesn't bother me too much. I think just getting out and experiencing it reminded me that reality isn't anywhere near as bad as what I make things out to be in my head.

Very anxious today. I quit alcohol (yay!), but have been binging hard on chocolates and sugar.

I keep worrying about the weather for my trip this weekend. It keeps alternating between flurries, rain, wind, and then nothing at all.

The anxiety is there but it's not swamping me like it used to. I just need to continue maintaining my balance.

Had to mail three packages today. Was anxious about it but I did it. My anxiety was manageable the rest of the day.

I have different types of anxiety. theres just plain anxiety, and then there’s the anxiety because your about to get physically sick, so it really wasn’t anxiety in the first place, and then there’s nerves. Then sometimes they all mix together. I think I’m a cross between getting physically sick and nerves.

So I could tell my anxiety was out of control this morning so when I got to my telepsychiatry appointment this morning--I asked for them to take my blood pressure--155/95--when I went to my primary care doc two months ago it was 114/79--not skipping my anxiety meds for a while. The BP will kill me way before the dangers from my psych drugs--though last night when I was feeling really good I thought of the opening seen in the movie Private Benjamin--that wouldn't be such a bad way to go....

Hi all, I'm new to the anxiety panic phobias forum. First major panic attack age 25 and the anxiety has been a lovely part of my life ever since. I usually post in the bipolar forum as that was a recent diagnoses I think about 14 months ago after a bad episode. I predominately am affected by the anxiety and depressive symptoms and the horrific sleep exasperates it all. Im blabbering on.....but hi

I had some terrible anxiety for about 35 minutes tonight. But the rest of the day was really good and I didn’t have any anxiety.

My anxiety has been kind of bad in public because of how crowded the stores are. I was at a store Thursday at 11AM and it was as if it was a Saturday afternoon. It was jam packed and the lines to check out were really long. Why are the stores so crowded all the time? Is it flexible schedules or what? I always thought those were just retail jobs. I can’t imagine everyone is working retail.

Well, I made it out of the house. Still a little shaky. Always amazes me that I never have any idea how a day will go. Sometimes i’m Completely freaked out, terrified & depressed, barely able to function & then I end up having a really productive day later on. Often that doesn’t happen but you never know. I’ve given up on trying to predict these things.

In the afternoon, I was having a bit of a headache after I finish my final exam for my online class. I have been getting those lately.

Took the meds I needed to calm down and asked my H to take my blood pressure with his fancy machine--it was 110/75.
