Do you ever get the feeling like your legs are on pins and needles? It feels awful I can actually feel it from the thigh down to my ankles ,I was so worried about something, but the thing I was worried about was no problem at all.Still feel like that.I am concerned about my best friend the last time I saw her she didnt look to well for like three days now. Also she was very quiet I cannot ask her anything because she says she has a husband she doesnt want to make me more anxious but I cannot help but worry about her.I do have the need to help her or anyone else for that matter. She would just tell me she is okay but I know her and I can tell when something isnt right.I even get like dizzy too and get a surge of a sick to my stomach feeling then it goes away,is this part of anxieties or am I feeling a panic attack?I mean I have has this before it was not trying to be funny but it was gas.I hope that nobody ever has to feel like this.Feeling like you want to jump out of your own skin is no picnic.I just wish I could figure out a way to relax I was working on making some slippers but even then I am getting all jittery as I like to call it.

I don't have pins & needles. But my entire body is churning 24 /7. It started out a number of years ago with something akin to restless leg syndrome. That gradually spread throughout my whole body. And now I just have this constant churning sensation. It's sort-of like a serious case of nerves. But I don't have anything to be nervous about.
![]() I also experience some dizziness & nausea, especially upon getting up in the morning. But I have previously been diagnosed as having Meniere's Disease. So I presume it has something to do with that. ![]() ![]() ![]() I wish I had something I could suggest to you in the way of a remedy but I don't. In my case, I just put up with it. My former pdoc suggested I try Klonopin for my rls-type sensations. He said it would smooth that out. However I declined. I was, at that point, entirely off med's & didn't want to get into taking anything again. ![]() |
