Do you ever get the feeling like your legs are on pins and needles? It feels awful I can actually feel it from the thigh down to my ankles ,I was so worried about something, but the thing I was worried about was no problem at all.Still feel like that.I am concerned about my best friend the last time I saw her she didnt look to well for like three days now. Also she was very quiet I cannot ask her anything because she says she has a husband she doesnt want to make me more anxious but I cannot help but worry about her.I do have the need to help her or anyone else for that matter. She would just tell me she is okay but I know her and I can tell when something isnt right.I even get like dizzy too and get a surge of a sick to my stomach feeling then it goes away,is this part of anxieties or am I feeling a panic attack?I mean I have has this before it was not trying to be funny but it was gas.I hope that nobody ever has to feel like this.Feeling like you want to jump out of your own skin is no picnic.I just wish I could figure out a way to relax I was working on making some slippers but even then I am getting all jittery as I like to call it.

I don't have pins & needles. But my entire body is churning 24 /7. It started out a number of years ago with something akin to restless leg syndrome. That gradually spread throughout my whole body. And now I just have this constant churning sensation. It's sort-of like a serious case of nerves. But I don't have anything to be nervous about.

I also experience some dizziness & nausea, especially upon getting up in the morning. But I have previously been diagnosed as having Meniere's Disease. So I presume it has something to do with that. (I avoid doctors unless there's something specific I need to have checked out.) But, anyway, I'm well acquainted with the feeling of wanting to jump out of your skin.

I wish I had something I could suggest to you in the way of a remedy but I don't. In my case, I just put up with it. My former pdoc suggested I try Klonopin for my rls-type sensations. He said it would smooth that out. However I declined. I was, at that point, entirely off med's & didn't want to get into taking anything again.

I do have restless leg and when I told my doctor sometimes I feel it in my arms he told me you cant get restless leg anywhere else.Sorry but that is not what I read.Restless leg is the pits .Whenever I feel dizzy sometimes I also get sick to my stomach like but I do have gerd really bad ,for instance my anxieties were so bad yesterday you could hear my stomach growling it was doing it a lot but once I calmed down it was okay.I am right with you there unless I am sick or need meds I will not call or go to a doctors frankly I have no use for them and I certainly dont trust them,Would you believe this one time I got a letter in the mail from my doctors saying she is dismissing me because she feels like there is no trust between us ,excuse me but she was mad because I wouldnt come in when she says and she knows fully well I have bad agoraphobia she said she understood clearly she did not .NOw my new doctor is pulling the same crap. What part of cannot get there no transportation dont they get anyway?Besides that this woman doctor wanted me to come in the day they called me I couldnt do that so she dropped me as a patient. What kind of doctor does that?Dumps a patient because of your mental illness she had no compassion at all.I do not associate myself with that place anymore that is rude to tell someone they are dumping you just because you wouldnt kiss there behind.

I'm so sorry, xmascarol Does this happen often? Maybe it would be a good idea to talk about this with your Pdoc and see how it goes from there. Maybe there are some meds that can help you with this. Or something else that may help you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you
