Psych doesn’t want to refill my anxiety meds

I have been prescribed 50mg of Zoloft. But I still haven’t taken it because my psych doesn’t want to give me a refill of clonazepam 0.5 mg for anxiety/ Panic. I’m taking Effexor 75 mg and I need to reduce my dose before switch. I would start taking Zoloft 25 mg instead of 50mg for the first few days before I increased to 50mg. I talked to my psych earlier, but she doesn’t want to give a refill and she was going to talk with my therapist. I have been waiting all week for her to respond me back, but today I called her from a different number and she answered back.
