The appointment is late though. My doggy Miky is not getting better with his meds and today we made an appointment for next Monday.

I understand that you are worried.

Aw! Is that vet the only available? Maybe you live in a small town and it’s the only one.
I’m sorry a lot that you and your kitty are going through this.
Hope little Willow recovers as fast as possible.
Cuddle her for me. 💖

i mean the meds are not working, i am suer she is still in pain in her mouth, she's still not having dry food and when she does try it, she uses her non-sore side of her mouth to crunch them

I almost had a panic attack today. I woke up covered in sweat, likely a covid reaction. I'm still a bit shaky now.

I was really anxious yesterday about the political instability in my country, I’m feeling better today, plenty of exercise and some social time with my husband helps.

I have some chores to do this afternoon before we go out, and yes those definitely do help focus and centre me!

I've had a lot of anxiety today about leaving the house. But I made it. I just faced my fears.

I have to get my flu shot but I hate how sick I get from it. Yet I literally just went through covid and was fine so the side effects from the flu shot shouldn't be a problem.

A huge amount right now. I'm trying really hard. I expect it to get better later.

My anxiety actually majorly lessened once I got the flu shot. Like literally right after I got it I felt a Iot better. I didn't realize it was causing me that much worry. As for side effects I'm a bit lightheaded and tired but the tiredness could also be the post covid fatigue. So far things arent too bad.

I'm anxious about going and getting the booster vaccine in a few days. I would have to schedule to talk to my therapist, but I'm also low on money.

How do you stop anxiety? No therapist has told me how.

I have covid anxiety. I don't know if its a irrational or rational fear. I don't think I have it now I'm just worried about getting it again.

I'm expecting my anxiety to ratchet up because I am gradually going off of Klonopin with my doctor's support. It is pretty scary thinking about what anxiety was like before Klonopin. But I think I'm ready to get off of it.

Anxiety over germs/sickness and contamination are not good today, but proud of myself for recognizing my feelings and being able to calm myself down naturally. Progress!
