 yesterday i had to take  my other anxiety meds  just to deal with my sister best friend who enjoys bullying me

Still feeling rather anxious, my mind keeps telling me there's something wrong with my body! but overall it's still better than earlier this week, got some news about the delivery of package i'm waiting for and that calmed my anxiety a little bit

Yesterday i felt very anxious, i went to my therapeutic activity only to tell them i have to go back home, i feel really bad about myself. So far today i feel a little bit better!

I’m kinda anxious because I have a dentist appt for cleaning. I have been putting off the date. I haven’t gone to the dentist office in three months.

I am anxious after being told by a neighbour that her tenant had threatened her and the tenant is now in a psych ward going through a psychotic episode.
I feel really uneasy because the tenant has been aggressive and laid her hands on me a year ago. Police are kind of useless. Just not feeling safe and feel I have to get out of here. |

feeling anxious these past few days because I have to go to the dentist. It's going to be a small extraction of a piece of tooth that is broken already.

I feel quite anxious/ depressed today
There is a carnival in our town and I'd really like to go, but because of my anxiety I can't This is coming from someone who was just complaining she had nothing to do on a bank holiday |

Someone agreed to me that they would read the selfish giant by oscar wild to me. (I love that story!)
I printed out the story, but I'm too scared to actually give it to them How can they expect to read it if I can't give them the story? I mean this is causing me more stress than it's worth. I may end up being like well, I can't find it... sorry. |

I faced my fear of the shower tonight. I was afraid I would get in and have a panic attack, but I tried one step at a time and everything went well. I'm so happy to be clean.

Feeling less anxious than yesterday. Haven't had my morning cry so still feeling really terrible. Urgh I just want all these negative feelings to go away!

I had some intense anxiety today. I took my extra Klonopin and that helped. I also did some breathing exercises as recommended by ChatGPT.
