Okay obviously I'm cool with music.
But literally every other noise that's not meant to be rhythmic and soothing drives me wild with fear. But if I'm playing guitar and strike a chord wrong I can startle myself. Last night someone was talking outside the apartment. I knew these people, they're not bad people, and they were just talking, but I was crying inside. I used to love going for walks but now I can't even go outside because of traffic. Last time I went for a walk was a few days ago and a car drove by and I sprinted home and immediately took a cold shower to calm down. It's worse the louder it gets. When I hear fighting or someone learning the drums or screwing around, I go into a full on panic attack. This has always sorta been a thing but it's gotten to the point it's getting hard to function lately. What do I do?
