I know this is kind of personal...I'm incredibly nervous and anxious...But I had sex with my girlfriend with out a condom on...Only for like...2 min...I didnt ejaculate in her or anything like that ( and I dont know what I was thinking...i dont know why we did it with out a condom) but Then after I was done I thought " what about pre-ejaculate?" and Started worrying...Now she hasnt had her period in a long time and shes a few days late, and thats FREAKING ME OUT!! what do I do!?
She usually gets it at the last week of the month and shes a few days late. We did it a week ago from today.

She is probably just late. If she is nervous as well, her body will definately know that and periods can change because of that, mine has.
If she doesn't have her period at all, get a pregnancy test. They are pretty cheap and easy to use.

preganancy test....Its automatic results and will you won't be left in that Anticipation mode sort of speaking....ok...?

Take a deep breath and have her take a pregnancy test ASAP. I know, easier said than done. I have been there myself and the anxiety of waiting to find out was harder for me than the knowing and I've had the outcome come out both ways. Anyway, it is too late now, but if you have another oopsie remember there is always the morning after pill.

Possible but pretty small chance:

Try to stay away from the "what if" thinking until you all know. Not a whole lot you can do about it right now and worrying won't affect the outcome one way or another, will just upset you.
