I don't know how, but the problem I had for some time (religious scrupulosity) has just gone away. I feel pretty good. I'm able to go to church again. I don't feel anxious and my praying is kept to a normal amount - not excessive or with anxiety.

Scrupulosity is a terrible and Awful suffering. If anyone else has had this and wants to contact me, you can.
