see about some meds for it, they helped me

I am here looking for people to talk to about depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar, meds issues or anything else. I have been on a rough ride with meds and doctors lately and I am pretty isolated here so any chat is a good chat for me. |

Hi
My experience is that there aren't the greatest meds for anxiety. The only one without potential for addiction AFAIK is Buspar, which is also known for not doing anything at all. Have you ever looked at beta blockers? |

I have depression and anxiety and the best medication Ive used so far is Effexor XR.. Although my Doc may wean me off this one? But if you have anxiety/depression its worth asking about it.

I completely agree, I have depression and anxiety ..... meds do help as does therapy
