Ok, I hope this isn't to gross but I want to know if any one else has bad physical symptoms after anxiety/panic. Things like GI symptoms (diarrhea) etc. After a bad anxiety/panic episode it's like my body has been so stressed I have physical issues. Any one else?

I've read that half the cases of Irritable Bowel Syndrome are associated with anxiety.

Your stomachache and diarrhea are right there in the list :-)

Very normal to have GI symptoms...in fact it was incorporated into a Sopranos storyline. Does anyone remember when Adriana (Christopher's girlfriend) got IBS when she was forced to become a police informant?
