Harley is back he has been hanging around the school this whole week and he has applied for a job where i work it is creeping me out and i am scared i dint know what to do as a police order would only provoke him i just dont know what to do

but i dont know what good it will do he isnt even meant to be in this town he got kicked out by the police and now he is looking for a job here which means he is staying

stay away from him as best you can Jazz.. can you find some friends to support you? can you talk it over with your parents? maybe they will have some good advice for you?

its probably hard not to let it get to you... i think its ok to spend time making decisions, try not to let the fear overcome you if you can help it... doing what you are able to protect yourself can give you some peace of mind, but sometimes we need help from others in these situations.. is there another trusted adult you can talk with about it?

when he applied for a job where i work my boss threw it straight in teh bin as she knows the situation between me and him which was good but the only adult i really talk to about it is my mum

ok, thats good the boss knows then and you wont be in the horrible situation of working with him... i think muffy was right about the school.. if he isnt supposed to be in the town, he probably shouldnt be at the school in your town... tell someone...

yeah i will do that i just dont wont to go into open detail with them about why he scares me so much i dont want to tell them he has threatened to kill me i just want him gone....

If he was kicked out of town then he shouldn't be there in the first place. Call the police and ask them what his status is. If he doesn't have permission to be there, tell them he is! No doubt they'll ask you where you've seen him. They could easily pick him up then.

Although I know you don't want to make a huge deal over this, I really think you should tell someone. It would be one thing if everything happening seemed coincidental,but it does not sound that way at all. Plus, I don't know your story or situation, but if he is NOT supposed to be near you or anything, he is breaking laws. Plus, if he has a record already, I'm sure it would be easy to get that info anyway.
