How do you deal with too much nerves?

There are things like if water gets in my room from the rain or my cashcard doesn`t work (and that means i am stuck without moneyin this city alone) and...like afterwards everything starts to piss me off.

I start to...maybe panic? i would call it a sort of rage..i cry i throw things, cick things....i am SO angry and SO nervous......its hard to deal with

i don`t like meditation i am really not into all that. its hard for me to concentrate on one thing for a long time.

Have you tried doing relaxing things when you are feeling that way? A nice warm bath usually helps calm me down and you can buy things to put in your bath water to help you relax even more.

I sometimes find that focusing on doing word puzzles like word search or kriss kross helps slow my mind down.
Curling up under a blanket or duvet with a teddy bear is good too.

breathing is always a good thing... when things like you've just mentioned happen, concentrate on your breathing
long, slow, deep breath in... hold it for 3 seconds and long, slow, deep breath out
keep doing that and focus on the tip of your nose (or visualize a comforting place for you?)

take care
