Im always anxious. around my family (majorly) around my boyfriend around my friends around people i dont know around everyone! its getting old i never have been able to get anything out because it was taboo to think that something was mentally wrong with you in my family! its crap its not gettin any better and my hands are getting the bad end of the deal. i dont know whats happening anymore i used to be so different. im like a chihuiahua!

Lawyer, sorry to hear about your distress. I have overcome anxiety. I examined a lot of thoughts that I had about myself. This helped a lot. Of course the thoughts that we have about ourselves come from how we interact and interpret our environment and how others treat us. You can learn to take control of this and not feel powerless anymore.
