When allergy season arrives or you find yourself in a situation where you are exposed to allergens, does it exaserbate/intensify your anxiety symptoms?. Also, when you are ill, do your anxiety symptoms get worse?. I was just wondering. I have heard people say (and have read) that this is pretty common. What do you all think?.

I've never really given much thought to my allergies adding to my anxiety. But yes, anytime I get sick, feel run-down, I have more problems coping. Honestly, though, it's the allergies of the other members of my family that add to my anxiety more than anything. Both of my children have fairly serious food allergies.
