I used to suffer badly from anxiety until a
situation I was in forced me to disregard it and get angry! That was the 'cure' if you like. I had always been afraid to get angry for my own protection until then; now,I know I have a perfect RIGHT to be angry if someone is being disrespectful or abusive. The bonus,is, now I respect myself, and will NOT allow disrespect from ANY quarter! Look to your past to see if this has been an (unconscious) issue for you. Deepest Respect, BLUEDOVE |
