Does anyone know any alternatives to treating ADD? I am uncomfortable taking medication, and it's frustrating for me just getting the meds. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hey I take omega 3 fish oil and thats work really good not taking my adhd meds just using omega 3 fishoil
