So... I hate how my brain is all scattered and junk all the time making me incredibly careless and clumsy... It is really quite frustrating. I've gone through so many phones and it's really stressing me out. Today I dropped my laptop (not far enough to damage it though) then I dropped it again on my foot! WHICH FRIGGIN HURT!

THEN I went to take it upstairs and not thinking, I rolled up the cord and put it inside the laptop and closed it a little and ended up completely busting the screen. I think I have insurance and I think they can replace the screen so I won't lose all of my music and compositions, but that does not stop me from being completely pissed at myself and feeling like I can never do anything right. UGH!!!

I watch myself doing these things ALL THE TIME like someone else just pulled the strings, AFTER I just thought that I MUST NOT do this thing. . .

Hi batsandbutterflies,

I completely understand this thread!! I feel the same way. The difference now is that not only do I feel guilty when I do something screwy, but my kids really think I'm careless. It is helpful now that I'm medicated better, but I still make silly mistakes. I'm trying to learn to laugh at myself and trying to find the humor in situations, but sometimes I struggle with that still. We're all a "work in progress" even though that progress seems slow to us sometimes. Give yourself a break (slip of the tongue) and remember that you're a great person who has lots of wonderful qualities.

Take care of yourself!
