My focus is so poor. What can I do to make my attention span longer and more focused? I am so unfocused that I can't even think. I'm lazy to think, so excuse me if this post is stupid. I just can't think! It's torture. I wasn't stupid when I was younger. I am now 26. I made good grades and was in honors classes when in my teenage years. I'm in and out of college because I can't focus. I feel lame and dumb. What helps one to focus. Am I just too sensitive to the foods that I eat and my environment? Why can't I focus and think?

peaceweb602, have you seen a doctor about your issues? Preferable a psychiatrist and/or a therapist? Meds and therapy have helped me regain focus of myself and the world. You might want to try some meditation to help you through the negative thinking you are having now. Hang in there.
